Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate responsible for opening and closing the store when management is unavailable, handling cash and point-of-sale transactions, and providing excellent customer service. You will greet customers, answer questions, process returns and refunds, and support store standards across departments. Experience in retail leadership and cash handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or store key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure readiness for the business day.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management, pricing, and displays per policies.
• Support pharmacy operations at windows as needed.
