Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Registers all sales accurately, reviews pricing, and handles invoice discrepancies and voids.
• Maintains store cleanliness and displays, and supports backroom operations, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
