Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing; ensure signage and local regulatory compliance.
• Assist with deliveries, vendor orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Support displays, resets, and stock rotation in accordance with policies.
