Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and prepares the floor and stock room for the day.
• Completes cash handling tasks, refunds, and price verifications on registers.
• Engages customers and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, inventory counts, and shelf resets.
• Maintains store cleanliness, pricing signage, and adheres to policies and local regulations.
• Supports the pharmacy window as requested and ensures compliance with regulated products.
