Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling as requested; maintains accurate cash register records.
• Engages customers and patients to deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience; resolves issues and answers questions.
• Maintains store security by holding keys and monitoring access when needed; supports backdoor for deliveries.
