Job summary

Walgreens in Pine Bush, NY is seeking a capable team member to help operate the store in the absence of management, handling cash and ensuring front and back areas are ready for business. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, manage stock, process returns, and support displays and pricing while complying with store policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-up procedures.
Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
Engages customers and patients to deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
Assist with stockroom organization, pricing, and displays; support inventory accuracy and back-office tasks.
Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested and ensure compliance with regulations.
