Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and displays; supports backroom operations and vendor deliveries.
• Registers sales accurately and documents scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Adheres to policies and regulatory requirements; supports maintenance and housekeeping across the store.
