Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer-focused performance. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain daily operations with a focus on service quality.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and efficient store workflows, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and customer care. A High School diploma is preferred and 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: supervise store crew and work with store management to drive execution.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer service: assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, promote CVS service culture.
• Merchandising: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, reset departments after planograms.
