Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and customer service remains a top priority.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, and executing weekly promotional displays. A High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities expected.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promos.
