Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Processes returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and displays; supports vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
