Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues for positive experiences.
• Maintain store keys, assist with vendor deliveries, and ensure accurate sales registration.
• Assist with price changes, signage, and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Support inventory counts, stockroom/workflow, and basic housekeeping.
