Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is unavailable, handling cash and systems start-ups.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, returns, refunds, and price checks.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and help customers with products and services.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when management is not present.
