Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support store operations and customer experience. You will step in for store management to open and close, handle required systems, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business.

In this role you will manage cash, refunds, pricing accuracy, and assist with displays and inventory while delivering a distinctive and helpful customer experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Register sales and manage pricing, signage, and displays following local regulations and policies.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain stockroom and store inventory accuracy, including shelf replenishment and pricing changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
