Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and perform required systems start-ups.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage; assist with displays and merchandising.
• Assist with cashier duties, register accuracy, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and store policies, including safety and housekeeping.
