Job summary

• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate tasks and reports to team members when management is not present, and report disciplinary issues to management.
