Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures pricing and signage are correct.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic store maintenance as needed.
• Supports cashiering, tracking sales, and basic bookkeeping duties as requested.
