Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports pricing/signage duties.
• Assists with exiting and entering through back doors for deliveries and vendor interactions.
