Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dependable team member in the United States to support daily store operations. You will open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash, process returns, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will assist customers, maintain pricing signage, help with inventory, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience while following company policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Represents store operations by maintaining accurate inventory counts and proper pricing and signage.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance, including backroom organization and stock handling.
