Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Ability to operate cash register and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices and shares them with team members.
• Maintains inventory counts and store appearance, including pricing and signage.
