Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and preparing the floor and stock room for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, inventory accuracy, and displays.
• Maintains store cleanliness, basic pricing integrity, and adherence to policies.
