Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices to deliver Walgreens service traits.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management; assist with warehouse/vendor ordering and deliveries.
• Register all sales on assigned cash register; track scanning errors and price verifications.
• Assist with displays, pricing, and signage; manage stock rotation and shelf replenishment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across departments and stockroom; support backroom processes.
• Assist with exterior and interior store upkeep and basic maintenance requests.
