Job summary

This role emphasizes teamwork, inventory accuracy, pricing, and compliance with store policies. Fluency in English is required, and a minimum of one year in a leadership or retail key holder

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure floor and stock room are ready.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive, helpful customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when store management is not present.
• Assist with inventory, pricing tasks, and basic store maintenance.
