Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Acts as a liaison between management and team members by communicating tasks when store management is not present.
• Maintains pricing signage, inventory accuracy, and basic store maintenance, including backroom organization and merchandising.
