Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process returns, void orders, refunds, cash drops, and provide change for registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and support store operations.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, signage, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison between management and team; report issues.
