Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops while recording transactions accurately.
• Engages customers and patients, greets shoppers, and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, assists with displays, pricing, and backroom organization.
• Supports store operations including deliveries, vendor coordination, and basic bookstore/ledger tasks.
