Job summary

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Maintains inventory counts, price changes, signage, and displays in accordance with policies.
• Ensures store cleanliness, backroom readiness, and compliance with regulations.
