Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience/Key Holder to support store operations in Hendersonville, NC. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, assist customers, and ensure shelves and stockroom are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, coach teammates on service best practices, manage pricing and promotions, and help with inventory and maintenance to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Competenze

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management with required cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Hold store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Register all related sales on the cash register and record scanning errors and price verifications.
