Job summary

Walgreens is looking for a retail associate to support store operations and provide exceptional customer service in a busy North Carolina location.

You will open and close the store in the manager's absence, handle cash, assist customers, maintain pricing accuracy, and coordinate with vendors for deliveries. Prior supervisory or key-holder experience is preferred, and compliance with state regulations is required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve issues.
• Maintain store inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Support backroom operations and vendor deliveries.
