Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assists with warehouse and vendor ordering processes and backdoor deliveries.
• Registers sales accurately on the cash register and notes scanning errors, price verifications, or voids.
• Maintains inventory counts and on-hand accuracy across departments and stockroom.
• Ensures proper pricing and signage; updates local regulatory pricing tasks.
• Supports bookkeeping activities and maintains store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assists with displays, resets, and promotional setups in the store.
