Royal Farms is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations on a part-time basis in Maryland. You will act as the Person in Charge when needed and support management with customer service, product availability, and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and adherence to company standards while driving sales and efficiency. Must be 18+, with HS diploma and strong communication.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of shift operations as the Person in Charge when a senior leader is not present.
• Perform shift operational tasks including POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards for food service, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Lead and develop team members, provide feedback, and ensure accountability.
• Complete store side work and report maintenance issues promptly.
