Responsibilities

• Opens/closes store in absence of management, starts systems, handles cash, ready floor and stockroom.
• Handles product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and guides team on service standards.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic maintenance.
• Maintains pricing and signage per local regulations and store policy.
