Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a diligent team member in Missouri to oversee store operations when management is absent. You will handle opening/closing, cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will also assist with deliveries through the back door and contribute to a superior customer experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, inventory control, pricing accuracy, and proactive service to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with displays, pricing, and housekeeping.
