Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, perform cash handling and ensure readiness for the business day.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change for registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience and resolve issues.
• Maintain store systems, assist with backroom deliveries, pricing and displays, and stock accuracy.
• Assist with procurement, inventory counts, price changes, and signage according to policy.
