Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve issues, support inventory, pricing, and display maintenance, and assist with backdoor deliveries and basic store operations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Handle cash, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers across products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage, inventory, and store cleanliness.
