Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in leadership or retail key holder role.
• Fluent English required (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management; start-up systems and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience; greet and assist customers.
• Hold store keys; supervise others during vendor deliveries and back door handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure pricing and signage are correct.
• Assist with cashiering, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and store maintenance.
