Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a patient-focused team member to support daily store operations in Bridgeport, CT. You will open/close the store in management's absence, handle cash and customer transactions, and ensure a welcoming, service-driven environment for every customer.

You will also assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and basic upkeep of the store while upholding safety and local regulations. Previous retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-up procedures.
• Completes cash handling tasks such as refunds, cash drops, and balance adjustments.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers.
