Job summary

Walgreens in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Store Lead to support daily operations when management is not on site. You will open and close the store, manage cash handling, and ensure the floor and back stock room are ready for the business day, including opening back doors for deliveries.

You will process returns, refunds, cash drops, and assist with price changes and merchandising while delivering a distinctive customer experience and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
