Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and supports overall store operations.
• Resolves customer issues and models customer service best practices.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
• Analyses financial and performance data to drive store improvements and growth.
• Supports Pharmacy operations during busy periods as needed.
• Ensures store is merchandised, assets are protected, and store profitability is improved.
