Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute programs (Hi5, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly, notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Perform opening/closing duties, verify money, deposits, and secure the store.
