Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of managers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and experience in automotive parts or retail is preferred. This is an in-store role with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification for role.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive related programs.
• Ensure calls and orders are processed timely and customers are informed of shipments.
