Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and required systems start-ups.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access, and supports inventory and displays.
• Registers all related sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness; handles pricing and signage updates.
• Supports cashier operations, including cash reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensures compliance with policies, state laws, and maintains professional store appearance.
