Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers with products and services; resolve issues.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations; manage pricing and signage.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper stockroom organization.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and local regulations.
