Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-up checks.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Engage customers with a welcoming experience and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support inventory counts and assist with pricing changes and signage as required.
• Assist with vendor deliveries by opening back doors and coordinating with the team.
