Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and ensure startup readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide change to cash registers and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services.
• Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a delightful experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register sales, track scanning errors, price verifications, voids, and exceptions.
• Assist with displays, resets, pricing changes, and in-stock management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation; support backroom processes.
• Assist with maintenance and ensure compliant store conditions and signage.
