El Car Wash in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Key Holder to lead shifts, open and close operations, and uphold the EL shine. You’ll be on the floor with the team, ensuring standards without direct reports.

You will coach peers, handle customer questions professionally, and keep the site safe and clean when management isn’t on site. This role is a stepping stone to larger leadership opportunities, with a strong focus on reliability, teamwork, and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and dependability are essential.

• Comfortable opening/closing and managing the site independently.
• Able to coach peers and maintain standards without confrontation.

• Prior shift lead, keyholder, or informal supervisory experience is a plus.
