El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to lead on-site operations, open and close the site, and uphold our standard of clean, safe, and high-quality service. You’ll coach teammates, resolve issues on the floor, and ensure a seamless customer experience even when management isn’t on site.

You’ll represent our brand with a customer-first mindset, handle routine escalations, and maintain site-wide performance while growing your leadership capabilities for the next steps in your career.

• Address customer questions promptly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team during downtime or interruptions.
