Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder/Frontline Lead to own daily site operations from start to finish. You will open and close the site, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and lead by example to drive a high-energy customer experience.

In this role you will coach peers, handle on-the-floor decisions when management isn’t present, and communicate clearly with customers and staff during service interruptions. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused position on-site in Florida.
