El Car Wash seeks a dedicated Key Holder to lead shift operations on the floor, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a strong customer experience. You’ll stand in when management isn’t on-site, coaching teammates and maintaining service standards across the site.

As a working lead with no formal reports, you’ll influence performance through presence, quick decisions, and clear communication, with growth opportunities into higher leadership roles.

• Deliver standout experiences - Address customer questions quickly and professionally.
• Communicate with clarity - Inform customers and team during downtime or interruptions.
