Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Responsible for registering all sales on cash registers and tracking pricing changes.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness and appearance.
