Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management on a shift-by-shift basis. The role includes opening/closing procedures when management is unavailable and supervising the store crew by directing activities.

You will also represent management in resolving customer service issues and complete all mandatory training programs. Ideal candidates will have a minimum high school diploma or GED, with preferred AS degree or higher and 2+ years

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or GED)
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher
• Preferred: 2+ years previous experience in related position

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities when management is absent.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
